Privacy Policy for Numbers Swipe

Revnics ("we," "us," or "our") operates Numbers Swipe (the "App"), a number-recognition game available on the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does and does not collect, how it is used, and the choices available to you. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically:

• No account or sign-in is required to use the App.
• The App does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers.
• The App does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind.
• The App does not connect to the internet to send or receive data during normal gameplay.
• The optional in-app purchase (see Section 3) is processed entirely by Apple; Revnics never receives, sees, or stores any payment information.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The App saves a small number of preferences locally on your device only, using Apple's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults):

• Whether background music is turned on or off
• Whether sound effects are turned on or off

This information never leaves your device, is never transmitted to Revnics or any third party, and is automatically removed if you delete the App.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers one optional, one-time purchase: "Unlock Hard & Expert" ($4.99), which permanently unlocks the Hard and Expert difficulty tiers on the device (and Apple ID) that made the purchase. There is no subscription and no other paywall in the App.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store's in-app purchase system (StoreKit). Revnics does not receive, process, or store your credit card number, billing address, or any other payment details — that information is handled entirely by Apple, subject to Apple's own privacy policy.

The App only receives confirmation of whether the purchase was completed, which it uses locally to unlock the relevant content. This purchase status is not transmitted to Revnics or any third party.

If you restore a previous purchase, that request is also handled directly by Apple's App Store; Revnics has no visibility into your purchase history beyond what Apple provides through the standard StoreKit entitlement check.

4. Sharing Your Score

The App includes an optional "Share Score" feature that opens Apple's native share sheet, letting you send your result to an app of your choosing (such as Messages or Mail). Revnics does not see, receive, or store anything you choose to share through this feature — the content and its destination are controlled entirely by you and by Apple's share sheet.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is designed to be family-friendly and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the App collects no personal information from any user, it does not collect personal information from children in a manner inconsistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or similar laws. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it promptly — though as described above, the App has no mechanism for a user to submit personal information to us in the first place.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services. All sounds and music used in the App were generated in-house and are not sourced from third-party services that might collect data.

7. Data Security

Because the App does not collect or transmit personal information, there is no personal data at risk of exposure through the App itself. Preferences stored locally on your device are protected by the security of your device and Apple's operating system.

8. Your Choices

• You can turn background music and sound effects on or off at any time from the App's main menu.
• You can remove all locally stored preferences at any time by deleting the App from your device.
• You can restore a previous Hard/Expert unlock purchase at any time from the paywall screen, or manage/refund App Store purchases through your Apple ID account settings.

9. International Users

The App does not transmit data anywhere, so no cross-border data transfer occurs as a result of using the App.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or for legal or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
