Information We Collect

None. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any device identifier. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

What the App Stores on Your Device

Numbo Race saves a small amount of data locally using Apple's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults): your best count for each level, your highest level reached, your daily challenge streak, how many plays you have used today, and your preferences (sound, music, haptics, color theme, car style, difficulty). This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app removes all of it permanently.

Subscriptions and Payments

Numbo Race offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Numbo Race Pro. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see, receive, or store your payment details, billing address, or Apple Account information. The app asks Apple whether an active subscription exists so it can unlock Pro features; that check happens between your device and Apple, and it is the only network activity the app performs. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Third Parties

Numbo Race contains no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, crash-reporting, or social SDKs. No data is shared with, or sold to, anyone. Apple is the only third party involved, and only for processing subscriptions through the App Store.

Sharing Your Results

The Share Results button on the Game Over screen opens Apple's standard system share sheet with a short text summary of your run. What happens to that text is entirely up to you and whichever app you choose to share it with. Nothing is shared automatically, and we receive no copy of it.

Children's Privacy

Numbo Race is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the app collects no data whatsoever, there is nothing to gather regardless of a player's age. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will look into it — though in practice the app has no mechanism to receive such information.

Your Rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal data a company holds about you. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to return or erase. The game data stored on your device is fully under your control: clear it any time via Settings → Reset Progress, or by deleting the app. Subscription records are held by Apple and can be managed in your Apple Account settings.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, an updated version will ship inside a future release of the app with a new "Last updated" date, and this page will be updated at the same time.
