Privacy Policy for Shapes

The short version: Shapes does not collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no internet connection required. Everything you draw stays on your device and is never saved or transmitted anywhere.
Who We Are
Shapes is developed by Revnics ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Shapes iOS app (the "App").
Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information from users of the App. Specifically:
- The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, or any other personal details.
- Drawings, traces, and touch input are processed entirely on your device to calculate a score. This data is never written to a file, never leaves your device, and never reaches Revnics or any third party.
- The App does not use the internet, and does not make any network requests.
- The App does not use analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting software of any kind.
- The App does not access your camera, photo library, contacts, location, microphone, or any other sensitive device data.
The only information the App stores is two simple on/off preferences — whether background music and sound effects are enabled — saved locally on your device using Apple's standard settings storage (UserDefaults). This information never leaves your device and is deleted automatically if you delete the App.
Children's Privacy
Shapes is designed to be suitable for children, including children under the age of 13. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone — children or adults — it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar children's privacy laws by design. The App contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, no social features, no external links, and no way for a child to share information with us or with any third party.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or other external services. No data of any kind is shared with third parties, because no data is collected in the first place.
Data Security
Because the App does not transmit or store any personal data outside your device, there is no data-in-transit or server-side storage to secure. The small amount of local preference data (music/sound settings) is protected by the standard security and sandboxing built into iOS.
Your Choices
Since the App collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. You can reset the App's local sound/music preferences at any time from the in-app Settings screen, or remove all local data simply by deleting the App from your device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the App. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
